as far as im concerned theres really not far you can deviate from the regular surge/burn builds, every spell on the bar fills a role, some comments on your build though
-too much inspiration, not enough domination
-i dont rate mind wrack personally, its not that useful and its usually removed before its effect triggers
-spirit shackles will be removed instantly, unless your team is extremely hex heavy
-take distortion for defence (with 8 illusion) rather than ether feast, and let your monks heal you while you kite with it active
-energy tap is pretty poor, use drain enchantment for energy management
-echo skills are generally garbage in pvp, drop
